Next Focus Of CBO
Advocating for a clean and neat Mombasa will include focusing on raw wastes and sewerage treatments as well as reparation of sewerage treatment plants in Mombasa County. The collection and disposal of garbage and proper utilization of modern recycling methods and techniques will also receive the CBO’s effective attention. Working with the community at the dumpsite.
The protection and conservation of mangrove forests will receive great attention of the CBO, followed by tree seedlings planting in collaboration with Kenya Forest Services and Mombasa County Government.
Furthermore, all activities planned and carried out with a view of keeping Mombasa city neat, will of course get a big boost with the CBO’s sensitization public barazas, workshops, seminars, and street advocacy walks. Through these events the leadership of Clean Mombasa CBO is inviting residents, professionals, and willing CBOs and NGOs to join the CBO’s committee members in helping Mombasa City recover its lost historical glory.

- Build headquarters of the CBO' n climate change Write proposals for funding
